How it works
Simply, visit the stylist's profile, select a session that suits your availability and book online direct.

Bookings must be made at least seven days in advance, cancellation fees may apply.

How much does each styling session cost?

Each 2 hour personal styling session costs $293.41 including booking fee and GST. Booking fee includes complimentary coffee card from a selected Highpoint retailer.
 
How long is each session?

Each personal styling session runs for 2 hours. 
 
I booked a session but can't make it. What do I do?

If cancelling more than 7 days in advance you will receive a full refund. Cancelations are not permitted within 7 days of the booking, you can email us at highpoint.marketing@gpt.com.au to reschedule to the next available session.
 
Can I buy a Highpoint Styling Session as a gift?

Yes, you can purchase a styling session as a gift. Simply make the booking in the recipients name and details (ensure that you have checked the availability of the recipient first to ensure that they will be available on the day and time of the booking).
 
Can I bring a friend or family member with me?

Yes, you may bring friends or family along to your session; however each styling session is designed to be a one-on-one experience so the stylist will only work with one customer per session. Additonal persons are limited to 2.
 
Where do I begin my personal styling session?

Each personal styling session will begin at the Customer Service Desk located on level 3 of Highpoint Shopping Centre.
 
When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 10 - 15 minutes early for your personal styling session to ensure that you are ready to go at your booking start time. 
 
Where should I park?

Each styling session will commence from Customer Service on level 3. Best parking will be in the North end of the mall near Mecca (off Rosamond Road).
 
Can I choose a different stylist on the day?

Your appointment will be with the stylist that you selected at the time of making your booking. You cannot request a different stylist (whether prior to, at the commencement of, or during your session time). If, for reasons beyond our control, the stylist you booked is unavailable (for example, due to illness), we may offer you another stylist (if available) or you may choose to receive a full refund of the service fees you paid for that session.
 
Do I have to make purchases during my booking?

While you may ask your stylist for advice or guidance, the decision as to whether to purchase any goods or services during, or in connection with, your session is yours alone and you will be fully responsible for paying the relevant purchase price.
 
I can't book a future session, how come?
