THE READING NOOK

A SMALL SPACE FOR BIG IMAGINATIONS

Take a wander into Highpoint’s Reading Nook, our newest pop-up space, devoted to a free community book swap exchange.

Helping to promote the love of reading amongst little ones and locals, visitors to The Reading Nook are invited to stop by, collect a book, and leave a pre-loved book of your own in its place.

Forming as a mini library, The Reading Nook will be home to many gifted stories, providing visitors the opportunity to read and unwind inside or take their discovered book to read in an oasis of their own.

To celebrate its opening, The Reading Nook will host a program of children’s activities, including weekly story-telling sessions in partnership with the Maribyrnong Library Service, and visits from local toy libraries.

Join us for the launch of story time sessions on Tuesday 23 April

Meet Mr Happy and pick up your free Mr Men book, plus enjoy free face painting and activities.
