We have 7,300 parking spaces available, including undercover parking and both all-day and 4 hour parking spots. If you are visiting Highpoint's late night entertainment precinct, The Junction, we recommend you park on Level 1 as it is the easiest car park to access once the rest of the centre is closed.

Safety Measures

We’ve implemented new safety and social distancing measures throughout Highpoint.

Face Masks: Face masks are mandatory for all customers and Highpoint staff, unless an exemption applies. Read more about Face Masks here.
Sanitisation & Cleaning: We have enhanced cleaning and sanitisation procedures to ensure our centre remains safe and hygienic. Frequently touched services are sanitised throughout the day with alcohol based sanitiser, and a full centre deep clean takes place outside of trading hours every day.
Social Distancing: Look out for helpful signage that will guide your journey through Highpoint. Taking note of the signs will help you safely navigate the centre, remember to maintain social distance, and inform you of store capacity limits. Keep in mind some stores have limited capacity which may result in queues.
Hand Sanitiser: You’ll find free hand sanitiser stations at major entry points, near food precincts, and close to bathrooms. These are filled several times a day with alcohol-based hand sanitiser.
