To be eligible, you must be 18+ years; take out HCF hospital and extras cover (excluding any Gold tier hospital cover, Corporate cover, and Overseas Visitors Health Cover) (Eligible Policy) in person at an HCF branch; not be an HCF employee; not have held an RT Health or HCF policy or been a partner on one in the 2 months prior; start your Eligible Policy during the Offer Period and maintain it and pay your premium on time for at least 1 month. In the second month of the Eligible Policy, HCF will discount your premiums by $388 for singles cover or $528 for couples and family cover. HCF may not permit this offer to be combined with other offers.
