

Taco Loaded Hotdog

Ingredients:
●4 standard hot dog buns
●4 beef hot dogs or lean beeffranks
●200g lean beef mince
●1 tsp olive oil or olive oil spray
●½ tsp onion powder
●½ tsp garlic powder
●½ tsp paprika
●Salt & pepper to taste
●2–3 tbsp chunky tomato salsa
●3 cherry tomatoes, quartered
●½ ripe avocado, mashed
●4 tsp sour cream
●¼ small redonion, finely chopped
●½ cup shredded light cheddar or mozzarella cheese
●Optional: fresh coriander or lime wedges to serve
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add beef mince, onion powder, garlic powder,paprika, salt & pepper. Cook for 4–5 mins until browned. Stir in salsa and cook foranother 2 mins until thick and saucy. Remove from heat.
2. Grill, pan-fry or air-fry the hot dogs until browned and warmed through. Set aside.
3. Cut hot dog buns down the middle to expose
4. Place hot dogs in buns. Spoon taco mince over each frank. Top with shredded cheese, red onion, tomato, avocado and sour cream.
Optional: squeeze of lime or sprinkle of coriander.
